These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AICards Wallet mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

The App enables you to store, manage, and present loyalty and membership cards in digital form. The App is not a payment instrument and is not affiliated with the issuers of the cards you add.

2. Your Responsibilities

  • Use the App lawfully and only for its intended purpose.
  • Ensure you have the right to digitize and present any card you add.
  • Maintain device-level security (e.g., PIN, Face ID/Touch ID) to protect your cards.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

AICards Wallet, including its design, trademarks, and software, is owned by its creator(s). You retain ownership of the content you add to the App (e.g., your card images and barcodes).

4. Data Storage & Privacy

All card data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store personal information on our servers. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Deep Linking & Sharing

The App may generate links (e.g., https://aicardswallet.com/import.html?data=…) to help other users import shared cards. These links are used only to open the App and pass import parameters. We do not store personal data on our website.

6. Third-Party Services

If the App includes third-party services (such as advertising networks), your use of those features is also subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policy.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data.

8. Affiliate Links

By using AI Cards Wallet, you acknowledge that some links may be affiliate links, including Amazon Associates links, and we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.

We may update or modify the App at any time, including adding or removing features.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Courts in the United Kingdom shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms.
